We are specialized in high-precision positioning systems in the μm and nm range. We provide complete systems including mechanics, controllers to make the integration into your own application easy to implement. For OEM integrators there are also piezo stacks or piezo motors available to be used as drive only. As the only system manufacturer with its own piezo ceramic production, PI is able to offer customer-specific solutions for OEM customers which cannot be realized elsewhere. Air bearing Stages are ideal for applications that require vibration-free motion with highly constant velocity and avoiding tilting of the moving platform. Stability, precision and dynamics are core characteristics in the application areas of PI's XY Stages as well as Actuators & Piezos which are available in different shapes such as discs, rings,... and different performance classes.
